  • How can I notify you of a change of address?

    If you have a single Trading Account you can change the address that we hold on our files for you quickly and easily online. Select Personal Details from the Account Administration drop down menu then simply enter your new address in the Personal Details section and click on Save Settings. Please note the address change will also be applied to any linked accounts.

    Please note that for joint accounts and other account types you cannot change the address online. For joint accounts please call us on 1 800 646 582 with your account password. For all other accounts, if you are unable to change the address online, please write to us at: TD Waterhouse Customer Services, Dept. AA1626, P.O. Box 4214, FREEPOST, Dublin 2.

  • How do I change my email address?

    Select My Personal Details from the My Account drop down menu then simply enter your new email address and click on Save Settings.

  • Why can't I change my address or email address?

    For your protection, you cannot change your address or email address online if it has changed in the previous 30 days or if you have a joint account. Please call us on 1 800 646 582 with your account password and we can update your details over the phone.

    If you don't have your password you can only change your account details in writing. Please write with your new details to TD Waterhouse, Customer Services, Dept. AA1626, P.O. Box 4214, FREEPOST, Dublin 2.
